These terms apply to purchases through the Max Vintage Photo online store, operated by Max Eremine. Our store is hosted by Shopify. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies made available before checkout.

Our vintage products

We sell vintage cameras, original vintage advertisements, and photography accessories. Vintage items may show age and wear. Read each listing’s photographs, condition notes, dimensions, included accessories, testing details, and any disclosed limitations before ordering. Restoration and testing vary by item and are described in the listing. A vintage item is not represented as new unless expressly stated.

Screen settings can affect displayed colors. Existing condition disclosures do not remove your right to return an eligible item or your rights if an item is defective or materially different from its description.

Orders, availability, and payment

Please provide accurate order, payment, and contact information. Available payment methods and the total price, including shipping and any taxes collected by us, are displayed at checkout. Many items are one of a kind and may also be offered through other sales channels.

If an item is unavailable, a significant listing error affects your order, or an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you and refund any payment for the canceled item and associated unearned shipping charges. We will not substitute a different item or increase the price of a paid order without your agreement.

Shipping and cancellations

Orders normally ship within 1–2 business days. Our Shipping Policy explains destinations, carriers, rates, and international charges. Contact us promptly if you wish to cancel before shipment. Once shipped, our Returns & Exchanges policy applies, without limiting statutory cancellation rights.

Returns and warranties

You may request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery and choose a refund, exchange, or store credit, subject to our Returns & Exchanges policy. Reasonable camera testing is permitted. Ads must be returned in the condition sent, with their protective sleeve and backing boards, using rigid protective packaging.

Any additional camera warranty is described in the individual listing. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory warranties, remedies for defective or misdescribed goods, or other rights that cannot legally be excluded.

International consumer rights

If mandatory consumer laws in your location provide additional cancellation, refund, delivery-cost reimbursement, or warranty rights, those rights apply and take precedence over conflicting store terms. Our voluntary 30-day returns policy supplements those rights.

Website use and content

Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, submit fraudulent orders, or attempt unauthorized access. Our original photographs, descriptions, and branding may not be reused commercially without permission. Rights in original vintage advertisements and third-party trademarks remain with their respective owners; buying a physical item does not transfer reproduction rights.

Privacy and changes

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. We may update these terms for future orders; the terms presented when you placed your order govern that purchase. If you have a concern, contact us so we can try to resolve it. These terms do not limit your right to seek remedies available under applicable law.
