Walker’s brought a 1931 Packard to a 1971 bourbon advertisement. Apparently one vintage collectible per page wasn’t enough.

The combination makes this original magazine ad a good crossover piece for classic-car and whiskey collectors. It has the pleasing logic of putting two handsome old things together and allowing the reader to feel sophisticated about both. Conveniently, collecting the advertisement doesn’t require a garage extension or a discussion with your insurance company.
