A newsreel cameraman and an ocean liner. Camel has chosen a workplace with considerably more visual interest than the average office.
This original 1937 tobacco advertisement combines camera work and maritime imagery. It’s a good crossover piece for film, ship, and advertising collectors. The camera and setting provide plenty to examine, while the cigarette brand does its best to attach itself to somebody else’s interesting job.
