“Distinctive Beauty.” Ford has put the V-8 on the page and invited you to admire it properly.

This original 1937 advertisement is a handsome piece of prewar automotive history. A good choice for a Ford enthusiast or someone who enjoys the attention given to car styling in period advertising. It’s much easier to arrange a favorable viewing angle for a magazine page than for the vehicle currently occupying most of your garage.

THE DETAILS:

• Original period magazine page, sold unframed.
• Approximate size: 10.25 × 14 inches.

I carefully trim each page, place it in a protective sleeve with a sturdy backing board, and pack it with bubble wrap in a sturdy box. You’ll receive the original page shown in the photos, not a reproduction.

Framing: Vintage magazine sizes vary. Use the measurement-mat photo as a size reference, and choose a larger frame with a mat cut to fit this particular page.

I white-balance the photos to show the original colors as accurately as possible. Colors can still vary with your screen settings.
