A ski couple in Sun Valley, Idaho. Schlitz has found a rather scenic place to make its beer pitch.

This original 1959 advertisement brings together winter recreation and period drinks marketing. It’s a good crossover piece for a ski cabin or home bar, especially if you enjoy the social side of a skiing holiday at least as much as the actual descent. The page provides the mountain-trip atmosphere without asking where you left the other glove.
